  1. Style Description : Our electro-painted works are mainly in a realistic style, aiming to faithfully present the image of your beloved pet.
  2. First draft time : We will complete the first draft within 7-10 days and provide it for your review. After the first draft, you can make two fine adjustments. Try to list everything that needs to be changed during the first revision.
  3. Refund Policy : Since drawing fees are non-refundable, if the illustration does not meet your expectations, we will only accept refunds for unprinted items.
